The purpose of this site is to communicate to current and potential customers, the ability of the Greenpak team to provide world-class professional support services for all SeaPort-E ordering agencies.

Specialized experience required include: superior functional knowledge of applied science, engineering, and high performance information technology. General experience required includes demonstrated ability to work independently. Requires secret and/or top secret clearance.
Jeffery A. Shaver	Bachelor/ 3.1,3.2, 3.3,3.4, 3.5, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.14, 3.15, 3.16, 3.17, 3.19, 3.20	Twenty years experience is required, of which fifteen years must be specialized. Specialized experience required include: superior functional knowledge of applied science, engineering, and high performance information technology. General experience required includes demonstrated ability to work independently. Requires secret and/or top secret clearance.
James C. Richardson	Associates/3.1,3.2, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.10, 3.12, 3.16, 3.17, 3.20	Minimum of eight years experience is required, of which five years must be specialized. Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Test, debugs and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provides direction to junior programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
Charles E. Flinn	Associates/3.1,3.2, 3.3,3.4, 3.5, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.14, 3.15, 3.16, 3.17, 3.19, 3.20	Fifteen years experience is required, of which ten years must be specialized. Specialized experience required includes: complete project development from inception to deployment, demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas and including the use of different technologies. Requires Secret and/or top secret clearance.
